Quality standards
Our researchers are chartered psychologists and we exercise strict control over our recruiters/quantitative interviewers.
Recruitment:
We only recruit people that haven’t been interviewed more than 3 times and that haven’t been interviewed over the last 6 months.
In order to avoid “professional” respondents we constantly check whether each person is in touch with more than one recruiter.
Control over recruiters is established through phoning to a sample including 20% of the respondents coming from each recruiter.
Interviewers all over the country declare in writing that:
They will follow Lexis instructions about sample recruitment and interview management.
They will abide by the privacy rules.
